Jeff Harris & Ryan Sumner are East Texas Natives with a passion for good food, and the neck of the woods that inspired it.
Their new eatery inside Canton Marketplace -- Feathered Friend -- was born out of a chef's love for fried chicken. Feathered Friend hangs its hat on its "Thicc Sandwiches". Each Sandwich is comprised of an entire pasture-raised chicken thigh, de-boned and skinned. The sandwiches are then battered with natural, artisan flour, signature seasonings, fried, and snuggled up to some of our Yard Bird sauce, crispy Kosher pickles. This delicious package is wrapped up in a crave-able sweet sourdough bun.
This new restaurant is sure to claim the title of the best Chicken in Canton, Texas! Ryan has put his soul into the THICC, juicy, and southern-style chicken entrees Texans love!
